Procedures

These apply week of Feb 8, and we should have improved availability week of Feb 15.

Warning: There has been some trouble with the on-off key on the vehicle, likely being fixed Wed 8 Feb. If this isn't working Thur 9 Feb, there's a chance I'll cancel that day's slots. If so, I'll shift the deadlines appropriately.

• There are timeslots for Thursday and Friday. Expect Rahul and likely DAF to be present Thursday am slots (they begin at 11h00 and go until 17h00), and DAF to be present in pm till at least 17h00. Friday timeslots currently begin at 14h15 and go until 17h15. Students can sign up with both Group or NetID for now.
• There is a restriction for students to be able to sign up for just one timeslot a day, groups can sign up for 2 timeslots a day this week. (We don’t want students to sign up as a group with five separate netIDs and monopolize timeslots like last semester; groups doing this will receive a warning).
